Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is used to help improve your immune system, boost your energy levels and reduce fatigue. This superficial pressure technique moves fluid lymph through your Lymphatic system which is a filter for your body that houses wastes, toxins and mutant cells.
I will apply light pressure with a little oil to certain areas of the body that have a high concentration of lymph nodes such as the axillary and inguinal regions to awaken them and flush out any blockages. The waste products are released from the body with increased urination and enabling a detoxifying affect.
Your limbs will feel lighter, you are more relaxed and you can see a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, feel less pain, feel more energetic, better digestive movement and have a reduction in swelling throughout the body.

You must be past the first trimester before having a pregnancy massage or have been signed off by a doctor to have a post surgery/recovery Treatments. All massages use a natural carrier oil so there are no hidden risks.
Ensure you are experiencing a healthy pregnancy before booking or seek medical advice first if you are being monitored over a concern or you are unsure if you are able to have a treatment.
